Confidentiality of data.
ABAL Consulting undertakes to treat confidentially all data, documentation and other information provided by the CLIENT. It also undertakes not to communicate this information to any other person or entity.
Protection of personal data.
ABAL Consulting informs the CUSTOMER that the personal data contained in this contract and those generated by the provision of the service, all relating to the CUSTOMER, will be incorporated into a file for which ABAL Consulting is responsible, for the purpose of providing the service, on the understanding that the signing of this contract implies consent to carry out such treatment.
The CLIENT has the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in relation to their personal data, by writing to the address of ABAL Consulting indicated in the heading of this contract.
With regard to the personal data to which ABAL Consulting has access as a result of the provision of the service, they shall be understood to have been provided voluntarily by the CUSTOMER, and shall only be used for the purpose of providing the service, following at all times the instructions of the CUSTOMER, and ABAL Consulting undertakes not to apply or use them for purposes other than those agreed and not to communicate them to other persons, and to destroy the media and/or documents containing such data at the end of this contract, safeguarding in any case the necessary evidence regarding the actions carried out.
Likewise, both parties undertake to adopt the necessary security measures for the protection of said data at the level that corresponds to them in accordance with legal regulations.
It also informs you that, on occasions, the fulfilment of this contract may involve the transfer of personal data to the Public Treasury for the provision of the service indicated above, in accordance in any case with the provisions of the legal regulations, and specifically in Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
